When will my order arrive?

After your order is complete it takes 1-5 business days to process your order and prepare it for the shipment center. If there is a lack of inventory due to high demand in your nearest location, we will ship your order from our large quantity storage center for the purpose of getting your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is packaged and processed please expect 2-3 weeks to receive your package depending on your location.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. Extra time may be required for larger orders, international orders, and orders requiring additional customer information.

How do I track my order?

Please give 4-6 days for tracking information to be updated after your order is shipped.

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the 'View your order' button in the shipping confirmation email.

Why hasn't my large order arrived yet?

We send items out in multiple packages, this speeds things up. Don't be alarmed if you have missing items. These items will come in more packages.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order you will need to contact our support team within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations

  • You must contact us within 24 hours.

  • We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

Can I return an item if I am dissatisfied?

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
  3. All items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
  4. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
